Leading Transformational Change
Leading Transformational Change is a change leadership experience designed for progressive organizations committed to organizational learning, collaboration, and leadership development.
Through a structured five‑module journey, you and your team will engage in a change process that is transparent, reflective, evidence‑based, and grounded in three powerful frameworks: organizational learning, organizational justice, and adaptive leadership.
Transformational change doesn’t begin with a plan — it begins with the way people come together to create it. The Leading Transformational Change program creates the conditions for honest dialogue, shared learning, and courageous thinking. It helps teams see their work, their challenges, and each other in new ways.
And yes. It delivers a clear, achievable plan to guide your change initiative, along with tools and training that support effective engagement, prioritization, and communication.
Empowering teams to drive organizational transformation through collaboration, learning, and leadership.
A Planning Framework for Change Leaders
About me
With 13 years in higher education preceded by a decade in the non-profit sector, I have deep expertise in complex systems, and experience helping teams and organizations navigate complexity, strengthen alignment, and move strategic priorities from intention to action.
My work spans strategic and operational planning, program development and implementation, and service and process design. I have leadership experience directing the day-to-day operations of complex operational units, and coaching and mentoring team members to find solutions that achieve strategic priorities.
I also bring substantial expertise in enterprise systems and data — particularly EdTech systems, workflows, and implementations, data governance, and operational and institutional reporting. I understand how systems, processes, and people intersect, and I help organizations align these elements to improve outcomes and reduce friction.
I hold a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Royal Roads University, with studies focused on leadership and change in higher education, systems thinking, organizational learning, cultural competency, equity, diversity, inclusion and decolonization, quality assurance, learning technologies, and digital transformation.
Today, through Alignment Era Consulting, I help leaders and teams navigate complexity with confidence — building alignment, strengthening culture, and designing pathways that move organizations toward their most important goals.
Traditional Lands Acknowledgement
Alignment Era Consulting is located on Treaty One Territory, the ancestral lands of the Anishinaabeg, Anisininew, Ininiwak/Nehethowuk, Oceti Sakowin/Dakota Oyate Peoples, and the National Homeland of the Red River Métis. This territory is also a place of significance for the Denesuline and the Inuit Peoples. I also acknowledge that our water is sourced from Shoal Lake 40 First Nation in Treaty Three Territory, and that most of our hydro-electricity comes from Treaty Five Territory in northern Manitoba.
As a settler on these lands, I acknowledge the harms and mistakes of the past and commit to addressing systemic biases and barriers that still exist today, and working together with Indigenous communities in collaboration, respect and reciprocity.
